Why the Metro Picks Konami Moving and Storage
From Highlands Ranch two-stories and RiNo loft freight elevators to Lakewood condos and Parker apartment turnover — a crew that knows Denver, Arapahoe, and Jefferson County streets block by block.
Altitude-Aware Scheduling
Thin mile-high air, summer sun, and the odd January cold snap — we roll up with floor runners, shrink wrap, and pad-wrapped dollies, plus extra water breaks built into the day. Early starts keep the crew ahead of the heat.
Top-Rated CO Crews
Every hand at your door draws a paycheck from us — full-time, W-2, background-checked, trained the way Holt runs the yard. Never day labor. That is how we hold a 5-star Google rating.
One Flat Written Rate
Your figure is set on paper before the first box leaves, and it holds whether I-25 backs up or the job runs late. Long hauls come back as a binding written total — nothing added at delivery.
No Outside Handoffs
Every truck wears our name; every mover draws a W-2 paycheck. Your load is never handed off — one Denver company packs it, drives it, and carries it in.
Fully Insured, $1M Cargo
Colorado PUC-registered household-goods carrier — PUC authority on file in-state, US DOT and MC for jobs crossing state lines. A $1 million cargo policy backs every job.
On Time Across the Metro
Two-hour arrival window, a call the moment we leave the yard. We route around the I-25/I-70 interchange and typical Denver rush patterns, so your closing date holds.
Packing & Supplies Included
Pack the whole house, a two-car garage, or just the rooms keeping you up at night. Cartons, pads, dollies, and shrink film ride on the truck — wrapping starts the moment we step inside.
Specialty Pieces Handled
Upright pianos, gun safes, and heirloom furniture get the right ramp and straps — plus a crew chief who has carried them out of Wheat Ridge garages and up RiNo loft stairwells without a scratch.
Three Steps To Moved
A flat written rate, then loading, then unloading at your new Denver-area address — nothing more complicated than that.
Tell Us About Your Move
Share the basics — rooms, a two-car garage, tight RiNo curb access, any upright piano or gun safe — and our office prices it as one clear flat figure with no fine print.
We Wrap & Protect
The crew rolls up on schedule, pads and shrink-wraps every piece — Highlands Ranch family furniture, downtown loft units, narrow Wheat Ridge walk-ups — and takes on all the heavy lifting.
Move to Your New Home
We drive across the metro or out I-70 toward Grand Junction and I-25 toward Albuquerque, unload box by box into the right rooms, and reassemble the furniture. Welcome home!
Fresh Off the Dispatch Board
A snapshot of what our crews are working this week — pulled straight from the dispatch log.
We Know Denver. We Move CO.
Holt Sawyer has built this crew one Front Range household at a time since 2013 — from Wheat Ridge bungalows to downtown loft high-rises.
Beat the Hail-Season Rush — Let Our Denver Crew Handle the Load
A free flat written rate lands in your inbox inside a business hour, drawn up by a Denver crew that knows the I-25 rush-hour crawl, the Golden-grade climb on I-70, and every metro subdivision turnaround from Aurora to Arvada. No obligation, nothing tacked on after the ramp drops.
